Where compassion meets science.
Most practices treat one thing. We look at the whole picture. Our team collaborates across disciplines, so your therapist, behaviorist, and lifestyle medicine practitioner are working from the same understanding of you and your goals. That coordination makes a real difference.
What We Offer
At Thrive, we take a genuinely integrative approach to mental health and wellness. Our team combines clinical therapy, behavioral science, lifestyle medicine, coaching, and educational advocacy so that every person receives coordinated, personalized, and evidence-based support.
We provide support for children, teens, adults, and families throughout the Tri-Valley area and remotely.
Whether you are navigating anxiety, behavioral challenges, life transitions, or a complex diagnosis, our team is dedicated to helping you build a life that truly feels like yours. We aim to provide the tools and guidance necessary to manage these experiences effectively and improve your overall well-being.

Lifestyle Medicine is an evidence-based clinical discipline that addresses the root causes of chronic physical and mental health challenges through targeted changes in how we live. At Thrive, Lifestyle Medicine is integrated directly into our clients' care.
Our Board-Certified Lifestyle Medicine practitioner works with clients to build sustainable habits across the six pillars of health, with a particular focus on how these pillars interact with mood, attention, anxiety, and overall quality of life.
The six pillars:
Nutrition: whole-food, brain-supportive eating patterns
Physical Activity: movement plans tailored to your life and goals
Sleep: optimizing sleep quality and circadian rhythm
Stress Management: building emotional resilience and nervous system regulation
Social Connection: fostering healthy, supportive relationships
Avoidance of Risky Substances: compassionate, evidence-based support

Our coaching services support individuals who are ready to move forward, whether that means clarifying goals, rebuilding confidence after adversity, or reclaiming a sense of purpose and agency after trauma.
We offer two distinct coaching tracks:
Life Coaching:
Goal-focused support for individuals navigating career transitions, health & wellness, relationship patterns, personal growth, and the day-to-day work of building a meaningful life.
Trauma-Informed Healing:
For survivors ready to move from surviving to thriving. This approach centers safety, empowerment, and resilience, helping clients reclaim their narrative and write the next chapter on their own terms.
