Ana
Clinical Director
Ana is a Board Certified Lifestyle Medicine practitioner (DipACLM 2168) and Licensed Therapist (LMFT #138141), whose work sits at the intersection of clinical mental health and whole-person wellbeing. She specializes in integrating evidence-based lifestyle interventions, including nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and stress management, directly into mental health care, with a particular focus on anxiety, OCD, ADHD, depression, and developmental conditions.
Expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and mindfulness-based approaches. Ana's clinical work emphasizes nervous system regulation, sustainable behavior change, and the kind of practical, science-grounded care that actually makes a difference in daily life.
Ana's advanced training includes certifications in Nutrition, Wellness, and Lifestyle Medicine from Harvard Medical School, where she trained under Doctors: Beth Frates, Michelle Tollefson, and Jonathan Bonnet, global leaders in the Lifestyle Medicine field. She also completed advanced training through Oxford University as part of the inaugural cohort of its Culinary Psychology program with Doctors Stelios Kiosses and Beth Frates. Her specialization in developmental disorders was completed at UC Davis' MIND Institute, where she also trained in the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM).
Ana is an active member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM), the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT), and the American Psychological Association (APA). She currently serves as Clinical Director of Thrive Behavioral Health and Wellness.
Outside of work, Ana finds joy in cooking, hiking, gardening, and time with her family. She believes that a life well-lived is rooted in caring for our minds, bodies, and one another.
