SARAH

Behavioral Specialist

Sarah is a dedicated Behavior Support Specialist with over a decade of hands-on experience supporting adults, children, and youth with developmental disorders. Her work centers on helping clients build confidence, develop essential social skills, and grow emotionally in ways that last.

Her clinical approach is grounded in the science of behavior while remaining deeply relational. She is CBT trauma-informed. She specializes in demystifying the mind-body connection, helping clients understand how their inner world shapes their behavior, and equipping them with practical, measurable strategies for meaningful change. Sarah believes that her clients are capable of more than they often give themselves credit for, and she partners with them to prove it.

Sarah is currently completing her Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and is on track toward licensure as an MFT. She is a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT) and the American Psychological Association (APA).

Outside of work, Sarah is an enthusiastic weightlifter, outdoor adventurer, and aspiring home chef. She volunteers with Young Life, supporting children and adults with physical and developmental differences, and shares her home with her boyfriend Will and their beloved dog Hank, who occasionally joins her for sessions.
